1/2 cup cheese and chives dip

wholemeal lavash bread

carrot
peeled, coarsely grated

1 cup alfalfa and broccoli sprouts
Instructions
Spread cheese and chives dip over bread.
Sprinkle carrot, alfalfa and broccoli sprouts.
Starting from one narrow end, roll up firmly to form a log.
Cut each roll crossways into 4 portions and serve the healthy snack rolls immediately.
