Healthy Shrimp Mousse
Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Peel the shrimps and chop them.
Stir the egg yolk with the chopped shrimps into the sour cream.
Season with chili sauce, lemon, salt and cayenne pepper.
Squeeze the gelatine leaves and melted into the wine over low heat.
Stir this very well to shrimp mix with a tablespoon
Whisk the egg whites to really hard foam.
Gently fold the whites into the shrimp mix.
Fill in small glass, place in the fridge for a few hours to harden.
Garnish with shrimp, lemon and lemon balm or dill.
